Lyn at the front desk and the team were very nice and helpful with my concerns or issues with this warranty and any questions I had answered. They don't screw you over here for sure and make sure they get you to where you need to be. Its family owned and they're willing to work with you. Fuel pump installation went well and the Fuel sensor works like new and also got to the little stuff that just needed to be plugged back in.

Yeah the guys at the shop were very professional and knowledgeable about the service I requested. They also checked out my vehicle, found something I was unaware of. Went ahead and gave me a quote and even priced out parts ahead of time before return to pick up my car. Excellent repair shop. Definitely look forward to doing business again. Five out of five stars easy. Thank you.

Super cool dudes, they know what they're doing and are very thorough. Been taking my truck there for the last 3 years and won't take it anywhere else.

I had looked for other places to repair a carburetor on my VW Dune buggy I had adjusted it myself got it to where it was drivable but not operating. I thought to par. It had a tendency to backfire and where I had taken it before I said I needed a new carburetor, but it never adjusted right so we went through what my problems had been for the last two years check in my old carburetor, which I thought ran better with than the new one found out that the needle valves were too small for pushing the fuel into the carburetor, pulled the valve off the old carburetor put it on the new one works like a champ, so yes, I am very happy with the repairs that I’ve had with them….

Love this auto shop, they are quick, honest, and feel like a part of the family. I drive far just to come here because of their quality service and great customer care. They also do a great job on foreign vehicles.

Fair prices and they do great work. I had went to another repair shop and they told me that my timing chain was going out. I took it to Ally Auto service. They did a complete diagnostic on my car and they found it wasn't a timing chair, but several things that did need fixing. They saved me from wasting money on timing chain, and fixed was really wrong with my car. It's a family owned business, and they treat you like family. So now I will only take my car repairs to there shop.

I happened upon Ally when I got a surprise flat tire. They handled things so well, I kept them on my radar. When the Range Rover dealership gave me an extravagant list of things my car needed after a free analysis, I went to Ally for a 2nd opinion. They reviewed everything and also completed a thorough analysis of my car. I got about 20% of the items addressed and have had no problems with my car at all. ( I wasn’t having any problems before the exhaustive list was delivered to me.) So far, so good. I’m happy with their treatment of me and with their thorough explanations. I may not go back to Onyx.
